FFR failing on my computer

I've played FFR before at my friends' houses, and I (obviously) have an account. Whenever I try to use FFR on my own computer, however, it doesn't work. The FFR game screen will open, and I can choose the song that I want, but the song won't load. There will be no background or music. If I press any arrows, though, I still recieve "boos". How can I fix this?

go to internet options, then click delete temporary internet files
