everytime i try to load the game, it says, "sorry, an autentication test failed, making play impossible." its torture and the chat room wont let me in either.

Clear your cache (delete your cookies). If you do not know how, use google to help you. That usually fixes these problems, and if it does not, I have no idea what the problem is.
