Stepmania - Smaller window?

When I load my Stepmania up. It goes to a full screen and blocks everything out. When I watched a .wmv of arch0wl owning Quasar I noticed he had his in a smaller window that didn't take up the entire screen. Anyone have any idea how he accomplished this? Thanks in advance.

Yea, it's simple.

Go to Options -> Graphic Options. There's an option there for fullscreen or windowed. It's windowed.
