Difficulty Levels?

I was just wondering what the list was for the Difficulty ratings. I know it starts out something like this:
2 - Beginner
3 - Very Easy
4 - Easy
I'm not sure what the rest is though. Can someone help me?

6-Tricky
7-Difficult
8-Very Difficult
9-Challenging
10-Very Challenging
11-For Masters Only
12-For Gurus Only
13- (Yep it's nothing, no difficulty specified because they're so "hard", songs include Silence and Flight of the Bumblebee)
