Help extracting a Zip file

I just downloaded Reality (pack #409) from the FFR simfiles and when I double click on the zip file (Open in WinRAR) and I get an error "The archive is either in unknown format or damaged" Is there another way I should be opening it or something?

The Simfile DB is down, so any files downloaded from it will not work.
