hey im kinda new never introduced myself, anyway ive been playing for a few weeks now and ive got step mania and whatnot and i can play up to standard on ffr pretty well. i was just wondering im still predominatly one handed should i just go ahead and switch to indexs now or switch to 2 handed or what will improve my game most? (in ur opinion) oh and also what stepmania levels should i get and practice to help me build up some better ability, ive been playing some random things at like 3/4x on light or standard i can perfectly clear light but standard like opens up a whole new world, its odd, anyway any advice is welcome thanks!

The handstyle that makes you best is 2 handed: Right Index on Up, Left Index on Down, Right Middle on Right, and Left Midde on Left. Always play on heavy because you can change difficulty levels with up/down when you select your song. Speed mod wise your goal is to get up to speeds to C600+(700 is about the fastest that I've seen). But at your level try C400 out and see how you do. Welcome to FFR have fun and keep posting.

I play 1 handed. That is just my preference. You can play any way that you want and as long as you keep practicing, you will get better. Welcome and have fun!

Also once you get used to C400, you can change youre Cmod settings, try upping them by 50's till you get to the 550-600 range. Btw if you dont know how to theres a sticky about it in the stepmania forums..i think
