Hi, first let me say welcome to FFR! To answer your question on your cache, it's a type of memory that stores frequently used files. If you want to clear it and you're using Internet Explorer, click the "Tools" option on the top menu, and then select the last option which should be "Internet Options". Then under the "Temporary Internet Files" section, click the "Delete Files" button. That should clear out your cache and let you play FFR. If you need more help, just ask.
