HELP HELP HAVING PROBLEM LOADING THE GAME!!!

waaaaaaa... All I did last night was play a couple songs before I went to bed and it worked perfectly..... Now when I load maybe about 12 hours later it says my friggin version is outdated! I just played it YESTERDAY. It says to clear my cache but I have no idea how to do that or what that even means. I tried clearing my cookies but that didn't solve it... only made me reloggin lol. And when it says to go to flashflashrevolution.com to get a new version... HELLOooooo that is where Im going to play for gosh darnit lol. Im very frustrated cus I clicked on FRR the Game again and it keeps saying the same thing!!!!!! HELP GIRL IN DISSTRESSS AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH I WANNA PLAY!

You guys are very unhelpful. I found some helpful info here:

7) How do I clear my cache?
A: Tools > Internet Options > Under temporary Internet files: click on Delete Files.
This method is for the Microsoft Internet Explorer application. If someone could enlighten me how to do this for alternate applications, it would be greatly appreciated.

The only reason that I don't help, is because this cache problem has come up MANY times already. By merely doing a small bit of research, you could easily find the answer in a forum instead of wasting time creating another one.
