Time for another newb question

Okay, how do i post a picture without having to host it on some dumb site of my own. Like i know you can upload it to FFR itself, but how!?

Save the picture as a jpeg, the after clicking "post reply" or "new topic", click "add attachment" and the browse, then find the picture.
