How do I pause when I'm in the middle of a song??

i think it would be a good idea to put a pause in cause i always have to answer the phone in the middle of a song

Well, maybe YOU could find a practical reason for it, but many others would just pause to see the arrows, unpause, hit them, and pause again. It's just like LD said: a way to cheat.

Just fail out of the song or hit back and you'll quit.

Hit refresh, it's a lot faster then back so you wont die without hitting the arrows while waiting for the page to load.

if you hold down ~ button then everything in the game slows down its really weird.....

pause WOULD be nice.... but maybe you could have like... only one pause per level or something.... cuz it DOES suck in the middle of a couple hundred credit challenge when you have to suddenly answer the door.....

well everyone is right you could check the arrows when you pause it, but what if when you pause it the screen could turn black and it could just say PAUSE in the middle, then you wouldnt see the arrows

I had that same idea a while back... I don't remember what was wrong with the idea, but there was something. In the mean time, keep a telephone next to you, so you can answer it and continue playing. If someone is at the door just yell, "OMG I IS PLAYING FFR!" and they'll get confused and leave you alone to play FFR. YAY!

afrobean, i remember that, everyone said that was a good idea except people would still "remember" where the arrows are on the screen or something.. i still think its a good idea.
