youse your left hand ( middle finger on left, index on down) and your right hand ( index on up, middle on right ). if you havent already played using one hand this way is really helpful when you get better.

Sometimes I use one hand, but it's impossible for me to do difficult songs without using two hands.

If the page is asking you if you want to repost the data when you reload it and you said yes, it probably submitted your post a second time. Say no and you shouldn't have that problem.

Yes, most people probably do use both hands. It should be easier. But not everyone does and from what I've heard some of the people who play with just one hand are actually very good. It's a matter of preference. But since using one hand is more challenging, I'd be more impressed by a good score on a high level from a one handed player than a two handed player.

Essentially retired now, but still ranked on the list of FFR's Top One Handers.

Many people use one hand. Even some of the best players play one-handed. If I even attempt to play two-handed I struggle to stay in the game on songs that I usually FC easily one-handed. Some people just have a harder time with two hands than others.

At first, I could only play one handed and not two handed. I guess it took my brain a while to get used to it.

I play one handed, if I use two I get very un-coridinated.
