Lot's of people ask this a lot here, so I'll do my part to help.
Hopefully this becomes sticky so it might not be asked again.
I put it in the noob forum because this is where people would first look I suppose. If that's not the case, then I don't care if it's moved.
Anyways, there is a program called Joy to Key. ( Click here for info)
It's a japanese made program, but it's also translated into english. In order to use it, you need a controller/pad/input device other than a mouse or keyboard or mouse.
What I mean to say is you need a controller to use the programs functions, but a Keyboard/Mouse are used solely for configuring the controller.
If there is a call for it, I will elaborate on how to use it, or how to use controllers with a joystick and a d-pad, which I'm sure will happen, I will do so, ok?
I'll probably make this thread a lot better, but for right now, I have to do something, and I would rather have the information availible first.
