I'm new to all things DDR or FFR. This is an amazingly fun game. The first time I saw DDR, I was in Japan, watching Japanese youth angrily stomp on a pad for fun, completely baffled as to why someone would want to pretend to dance instead of actually dancing. I just thought it was some strange Japanese thing (like their scooters, which instantly also became popular over here), until I started seeing it everywhere here in the US.
I came here because a friend of mine wrote some of the music featured here, and found this amazing game. Yet...I imagine I'm the only 24 year old in here. So how old is everyone else in here?
I gotta ask, too, though...is this game actually easy for anyone here? It took me about 15 minutes to get even 33% better than everyone on just one song ("Terror From Beyond" if I am not mistaken)! And I can only get at maximum 128 combos in a row. Is this pathetic, or normal?
