well im not a n00b to FFR its jus the forums so i need help.......how do i get the sig to show? and how do i change my icon?

You change your avatar (icon) by going into profile up at the top of the screen. From there you can upload an avatar. Go look in either Chit Chat or General Talk and there is a sticky on the FFR Sig.

If you want FFR sig then go to general talk and there is a sticky there called "FFR Signature Toy". You can look at that for help. Also you need a an overall score higher than a certain number but I forget the number it needs to be greater than. Look through the posts in the sticky and that might tell you the overall score you need. Then, you need to wait for the ranks to be updated which might take a few days. And then you just want to put the code into your signature by going into profile and from there you can put the code into where your sig is. Good luck getting it to work.
