and i finally use this account to make a forum post.

hi yall, my name's blue. i've been around ffr for closer to 15 years total, and i used to play one-handed on my arrow keys. i've learned to make things easier on myself since then.

i've also been playing quaver for a year now, and am coming up on 4 months with sound voltex and beat saber. i dont consider myself "good" at most things, but i think i'm alright at rhythm games, for a casual.

i also like ffxiv and monster hunter and being a dragon in vrchat.

nostalgia's very strong, and i also just wanted to see what community was still kicking here - and giggle while nailing charts that made a much younger me struggle for my life. that's fun too

i have not! shame on me - i may be grown but nothing is going to stop me from reading kids' books about dragons.

Welcome back! i've never been too big on forums myself, so I do have a question, why did you never post? I personally never felt a sense of community here, because I was a bit younger than most, or it seemed that way anyway.

i think it was just a mix of social anxiety as a teenager and feeling like i had nothing worthwhile to be posting about. i mean i still kinda feel that way but this time i said "screw it, why not" and decided to make an intro thread anyway!

don't get me wrong, i'll probably still just lurk around here - these are pretty quiet forums nowadays from what i can tell.
