Well, Im new to FFR and I dont know how to get that picture beside my name......So if anyone could help me on that, that would be great!!!!!! Thanks!!!!!!!!

That picture is called an avatar. Go to your profile using the link at the top of one of these pages and look for the avatar control panel towards the bottom. From there you can upload or link to a picture to use or select one from the standard gallery of avatars.
Essentially retired now, but still ranked on the list of FFR's Top One Handers.
