Probably one of two reasons -- either you've got the code wrong, check the sticky thread in the general forum for details, or you're not ranked high enough. You need to have enough total points to be ranked 150000 or better before the sig will work.
Essentially retired now, but still ranked on the list of FFR's Top One Handers.
