how do u get a pic in the signature spot?? i just made a pic for it in photoshop i i dont know how to put it in there.

First of all, I'd say you should change your av. 87x, a site admin, if I remember correctly, uses that av, even though he hasn't been around much as of late.
About the sig: you upload it and put the url in your signature in the profile at the top of the page (the same place where you change your av) like this:
