practice and download stepmania to get better at ffr (stepmania website: www.stepmania.com )

to get your icon (its called an avatar) go to profile at the top of the forums screen, and down at the bottom where it says "upload avatar from your machine" click browse and select your file... then when you're done click submit (duh)
