Offbeat tracks

This is probably just me, and maybe I'm just several flavors of idiot, or perhaps there are others out there like me. In any case, one wonders if there's something wrong with me or what, but I just can't get in sync with Mega Man 2: Dr Wily theme. I still suck at that one, but I it's weird that I find it easier to play with the music off. Anybody else having that problem?

There are a lot of offbeat tracks, and AFAIK yes, that's one of them.
