                        So, I was wondering.. I've been playing this game for a while and I've been trying to get better but.. I've been stuck for a while.. Does anyone have any suggestions of how I can increase my skill?

                            Play songs outside your comfort zone, always push your limits for speed and reading. If you post your settings we might have a better idea of what you're doing wrong too. ^^

                                some old information there, but to keep it short:
                                play spread (2 fingers from each hand each on a separate key)
                                increase your speedmod gradually as you get faster. most experienced players end up around 1.7 to 2.1 (except for on the r^3 engine)
                                play often
