Trouble Sending Credits to Others

Whenever I try to send credits to another username, nothing ever happens. There's no message, and the screen acts as if I never clicked the send button in the first place, and my credits are still the same amount. I have no trouble buying songs in the FFR Shop, so I have no idea why I can't send credits to other people. Does anyone know how to fix this problem? Thank you in advance!

Thank you, sending credits works from that website! However, I was wondering if I can still send credits through the legacy engine if possible.

It hasn't worked in a while. I used to go to velocity to send credits, but I think it's better to just use the link.
