Mods?

I am not realy a n00b im ranke 2800something , my question is how do you get mods it says people use them when i click on the highscores do you have to buy them in the purchase section after playing a lot?

Well.. up at the top on the music selection screen you can selecet the way the arrows go, or click the settings tab.

i knew about that i thought the mods were something else , i dont consider that a mod.

hit the settings button and put those on then if thats what your looking for
