Hey everyone! I'm not new to FFR, but I thought since I may try and be a little more active on the forums that I'd introduce myself. While I may not always be super involved in the community, I figured I'd at least give a very brief overview of myself so as not to be "that stranger who's started posting recently."

Been playing FFR on and off since early high school (~7-8 years ago?), and any downtime was usually a result of whether or not I had a computer capable of running it - my old laptop was horrendously bad.
Anyhoo, while I'm originally from BC, I'm currently in Edmonton, Alberta (which I'm finding out is pretty big in the FFR/Stepmania/ITG community) working on two separate BSc degrees, one of which I'm nearly finished.

I may attempt to make more FC videos - I'm working on getting a non-mash Frictional Nevada FC, hopefully if I get it I'll have gotten that on cam too.

Welcome to the forums and watch out for the idiots

Also I'm gonna give you a tip for Epilogue. Use the mirror setting when playing it. It plays slightly nicer. Also near the end of the chart there's a 32nd roll that you can hit as a jump trill. Since you know how to mash I'm going to assume you know what that is.

First of all, is Epilogue a song? Please excuse my ignorance ;_;

And yeah, there are a couple of rolls that I hit as jump trills to make it easier on myself, though typically if they're not insanely fast I'll try and practice the actual roll. If I get real good at them, it'll make them much easier to PA. Also, I find that mirror doesn't work so well, I find that it causes the engine to lag regardless of what I do to increase performance or which engine I use. I shall try again from time to time to see if anything improves though. Thanks for the tips!

EDIT: Just checked, and I guess it is a song, haha. I shall definitely check it out

I was born here and have been here all my life. I'm moving to Montréal in October, though!
