[College - Intro C-Programming] Need help writing Arrays/File IO program

So, I'm working on this assignment for my intro to c-programming class and I need some major help from someone with more experience. It involves using arrays and file IO. I've been working on it all week and some parts are still not working and some parts of the code I haven't even worked on yet.

If anyone can help, message me on aim and I'll send you the instructions as to what the program must do and what I have done on the program so far.

Oh, and I'm using Dev-C++ to run the program.
