Al Qaeda and Nuclear Weapons

Let's discuss the implications of this charge. Even if it's false, which I'd give it a 90something% chance of being so, I think that their intended goal was accomplished - which, of course, would be the act of striking terror into the hearts and minds of the american people. Al Qaeda sucks.[/url]

From what I understood before, Al Qaeda's goal was the destruction of America and capitalism and an influx of their radical views on Islam, so I think until that happens they haven't achieved it fully yet.

It is disappointing that the world has ideas like that...

I know they have good reason to hate America, but there are certain ideas which are just better than others. Like, it is better that everyone is entitled to an education instead of only a select few. It is better to promote everyone to be involved with the government, instead of a totalitarian regime. It is better to promote peace and tolerance instead of war and prejudice.

Sadly, though, I don't think they would ever listen to that. :\

al qaeda couldnt have used those on the US, they couldnt reach that far, and the only way to do it would be to lug it in on a plane themselves...that plane wouldnt have gotten far...they likely would have used on isreal to provoke the americans a litlle
