    differential pressure

    i was thinking about this for awhile but here it is.;.... if you had a box that was sealed so no air could get out with an airlock and you put a item in that box then wouldent there then be less space for the air and the pressure change ???????/ so if you had enough people in a sealed romm could you get that pressure up enough to kill someone

    How would you put an item in the box? Doing so would equalize the pressure, unless you have a 'chamber' to equalize the object before putting it into the box. If the objects just magically appear, then yes the pressure would increase.

    This isn't Critical Thinking worthy...

        Thread locked for incomprehensible OP.

        EDIT: You clearly don't understand exactly how compressible air is, either. Before you got anywhere NEAR the number of people required to raise the pressure inside to the point of killing a human being, you'd first run out of air for those people to breathe, and then you'd run out of places to put people.
