The nothing that is better than eternal bliss is positive infinity.
And the nothing that is worse that a ham sandwich is negative infinity.
They are on different ends of the spectrum.
Also if a direct comparison is possible, logic says that it is the most simple and elegant course of action. In that case, we can say that eternal bliss is better than a ham sandwich.

if you refer to 'nothing' as everything is not as good as Eternal Bliss then your statement is false, but if you refer to 'nothing' as its own object then the statement is true.
