No offense to those who have designed and/or participated in FFR's wonderfull system of Forum moderators but the system has not been able to keep up with the massive amount of new users flooding FFR and bringing with them useless posts that contribute nothing to the threads. This has degraded the quality of posts in CT and anoyed many of the users so in breif here is my proposal:
Create a "Thinking" Forum.
Allow all users to view and vote in CT polls
Arange a system so that you need an invitation to be able to post in CT threads
Make a group of mods who observe the thinking forum and invite users who have consistently proved their ability to make inteligent and usefull posts to "Join" CT
