Afterlife

What this afterlife ive heard people talking about?
When we die, in my religion, we go to be with god. How is it possible to believe in that when there is no proof? Is there such a thing as heaven or hell?

I guess its impossible to know until you die. But would it be possible for there to be no afterlife? Just a void of darkness, where you loose all knowledge of the life you had once been a part in?

thats what faith is for. that is why so many people believe. but it is a very interesting topic that many have probably thought about, but i can really give much on it right now....but theres also the thing about things coming out of nothing, where scientists can only go back so far, that SOMETHING must have created all of this...but thats kinda off topic...well thats all i got for now

I think that we turn into purple meatballs and spend an eternity happily dancing in the cosmic fields of purple pasta.
