Why the hell would parents be angry if they knew you were "thinking" about sex? It's completely natural. What the biff? What are you on, Alain? It's impossible NOT to think/learn/whatever about it.

It is completely natural, but most parents don't want to think that their kid is having sex or even thinking about it. That often applies especially to sex with the same gender.

I know I practically flipped out when I found out (so I thought, but whatever) that a couple of my fouteen and fifteen year old TAG kids weren't virgins, and it really disappoints me to know that others really want to or are trying to. I shudder to think that my PEP kids, whom I've known since they were eight, nine, and ten, are now pushing high school and doing the same things.

I know thinking about sex is totally natural; I thought about it all the freakin' time, and I often still do, but it's completely different when you're in a parent's position.

ASIDE: wb, alain? Either way, it's good to hear from you again.

Similarly, most kids don't want to think that their parents are having sex or even thinking about it.

thanks guido, and it's not my opinion that parents should be apalled that their kids are thinking about sex, I'm just saying what my parents thought about it, and I'd say they are pretty steriotypical parents. Mind you, my dad was more understanding than my mom.

ok.. thank you everyone.... i lost track of this post for a little while, but i found it again.. lol (stupid me)......
Anyways... i am now a 16 year old male.. to answer some of your quandries... and yes, this has been for quite a while.... (is it 3 or 4 years now?)... and yes, i would be equally comfortable having sex with either partner, or, for that matter, both at the same ttime..... lol, but seriously.. My parents are cool about sex.. they just say "Have safe sex, and we don't wanna know anything else." so ya.... and since i put this up, i did tell one of my really close friends... a girl a year older than me... i figure it'll be better to have the support of my friends before confronting my parents..... i am probably wrong there too, but hey, who knows? Asta Luego all.... my measily attempt at Spanish......

I see it as this: If you're bisexual, there aren't very many reasons why you would be certain about your sexuality. I know, I sound like a very conservative person (well I am, but thats not the point), but I actually believe that you should be sexually attracted to only one gender, instead of two.
Anyways, back to the question: I think that you should find out which gender you like more, and depending on that, find out if you're straight or homosexual.

i must say.... that though you have a very very valid point, you have missed one thing, though i know not if i said it before or not (probably not) but i have done so as you advised.... and i have not a greater attraction to either female or male.. i am attracted to both relative to the person therein.... Hott Guy vs. Hott Girl, neither wins, it's a draw. i don't know how else to explain it! lol. hm.....
