        On a serious note, just because I heard one biased view on ACTA doesn't mean it is right. This thread should be, "Research your shit, and then say your opinion."

            Yeah, though since I am too lazy to research it, I am gonna take the biased view and say no, since current ways for internet and etc. are already working.

            (though, would this affect NA, or just Europe?)

              This affects everyone with an internet connection. For now, just Europe since they're the ones voting on enforcing it right now. But America and the rest of the world will soon follow suit.

                This was a really really nasty topic in 2010, but from what I've read the bill was killed in the US (only to be later resurfaced as COICA, but that's another topic altogether).

                Good luck to the Europeans who are facing this now.
