Trackpad not working well

For some reason when I use the keyboard and then use the trackpad it pauses for a second before it work.

Does anyone know how to fix that. I tried using a external keyboard and its not working either. The only solution I can find is to use a mouse but I don't have enough money for it so I can only use a trackpad.

When typing, make sure you don't rest your palm on the trackpad, otherwise you can leave condensation which will screw with it until it dissipates.

Or just get a $10 mouse from anywhere- you don't need a $70 gaming mouse.

Gaming Mouses are good if your playing an FPS game only due to the aiming capabilities when sniping and the control required to get constant headshots. It does make a big difference, but only with sniping really in my personal experience.
