anyone else think that it's a bit odd that the worst rating for hitting a note is "average"? IMO "well below average" or "borderline miss" would be a better name for it the average for just about any player who is playing the right level for their ability is usually perfect. they'll hit mainly perfects, some goods, and a couple averages almost without fail.

FFR The Game's wording is fine the way it is. If something like this is brought up, it would come from the Suggestion forum then go through the admins/mods for consideration.

Besides that, I don't see it changing anytime soon.

"C" is an Average. That doesn't make it a good grade, that's barely passing.

Wouldn't you have to recode the whole engine? Like you'd have to add in a completely new accuracy/point value/window for the notes. I guess scores wouldn't be directly affected until you replay a song. Plus, wouldn't we have to change the perf/good/avg point values to make room for a "below average" that is still a multiple of 5? Just my thoughts, likely wrong.

I think average is a euphemism to make you feel better for your bad PA. I sure as hell wouldn't like "bad" or "horrible" to pop up instead of "average"

GD uses words like "terrible". He scares me.

FFR always had the "Perfect", "Good", "Average", "Miss", and "Boo". It's not about to change.
