New PC, need game suggestions

I ordered a buncha parts on monday, and they are going to be coming today. I've been using a low range shit computer for quite a while now, and never really kept up on the PC gaming scene. I'm into pretty much any type of game.. although I really like fps's. That said, heres my specs:

GIGABYTE GA-970A-UD3 Motherboard
AMD Phenom II X6 3.2GHz CPU
G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 8GB RAM
EVGA SuperClocked GeForce GTX 570 (Fermi) GPU (getting another for sli soon)

A FPS that takes ridiculous ultra-specs to run? Crysis 2.

There's some satisfaction knowing you can actually even run this beast of a video game. It must be insane to play it flawlessly with those specs. Try it out!

Batman Arkham Asylum is kinda mandatory. Not an FPS, but seriously one of the best games in a while. Arkham City, the sequel, is coming out soon... and I'm excited beyond words right now so there's kindof a ton of bias in this suggestion, but still. Worth it.

Get steam basically and grab the cheap/free games. Stuff like TF2 might be to your liking, very fun extremely-team-oriented shooter.

Track Mania is also incredibly fun. It's like... angry birds meets a racing game (and that's just the singleplayer). The online multiplayer is where the fun is at though, cause people make their own maps for the game in which you can play and rate those maps. Very cool.

Spiral Knights is another fun free game on steam, it's basically zelda four swords, with some fancy graphics and really fun mechanics.

Bigger, very good budget games of late: Assassin's Creed, Deus Ex: Human Revolution, Mass Effect, Dead Space.

That's just a small list for you to start on. I might have more suggestions later, hit me up if you want more, I'm a game dev student, so I kinda hear opinions on games quite frequently.

yeah i figured id get crysis to pretty much see what my setup is capable of

These aren't all F(irst) Person Shooters some are 3rd.

Homefront, Call of dooty, Dead Island, Dues Ex: Human Revolution, RAGE, Red Orchestra 2, Call of Jaurez series, Battlefield series, Hard Reset, Duke Nukem Forever, Fallout Series, Sniper Ghost Warrior, Operation Flashpoint: Redriver, Mass Effect Series, Just Cause 2, Left 4 Dead 2, Tom Clancy Splinter Cell: Conviction, FEAR 3, Dead Rising 2

There are more out there but this should keep you occupied for a bit.
