Opinions/help?

I have a custom built PC, the specs are anything to brag about (and to be honest I don't know them since my father built it) and I'm selling it. I've had it for like a month now just tired of having it take up so much space. I'm looking at laptops and I found this. It's a refurbished laptop and I'm not a huge computer nut. The screen will make you want to cry. Sound is also terrible.

The price is pretty damn good though.

Also, don't plan on playing any games with it, next to nothing will run well. It doesn't even have a graphics card, just the integrated graphics.

Edit: Scratch that, the battery life should be around 3.5-4 hours cause it doesn't have a graphics card.

It would be okay, but the battery life is gonna be around 1.5 hours, and the screen will make you want to cry. Sound is also terrible. It also gets hot very fast.

Eh, wasn't planning on playing games on it. Though, it does seem you're givin' a big ole no. I'll keep looking anyway, they just made it seem so flashy haha.

After a second look-through, it seems like a pretty good price for what you get, and you'd probably be satisfied. It depends what you plan to do with it, really.

Or buy another PC because you're crazy for getting rid of your box for a laptop.

Mac's are just insanely expensive, and I'm starting college soon. I need something to keep me busy while not studying or working.

That laptop will be fine then. Not sure about the keyboard quality, but it looks fine to me.

That site is the business site for TD, so you probably won't be able to get that price unless you have an account with them.

My father has an account with them, and newegg and he'd let me use the account. Anyone had any problems with buying refurbs? I would love a macbook for a 500 refurb.

For $400 that's actually a pretty solid PC. I'm not saying you couldn't do better, but you could certainly do a lot worse. If you have time to look, then by all means keep shopping, but if you need a laptop immediately then I'm confident that one will serve you well.
