How do you make those? And if I'm not capable of doing so, who do I ask?

a simple way of doing this would to find a wallpaper, or image to use as a bg which you can find from:

https://www.wallbase.net

https://www.deviantart.com

then go into photoshop or another image editing program and just toss some text on it.

if you want to add more effects to the text google some photoshop tutorials. text tutorials are pretty easy to learn. hope this helps.

I meant like edit banners. The three banners I have in the OP are DDR banners that were edited. The text was edited, but the font was kept the same.
Does Photoshop still apply?
Maybe I'm just graphic retarded =P

you cant really edit the ones that you posted. you would have to have the .psd file. (assuming they were created in photoshop)

what exactly are you looking to do?
