    Creepy Pasta isn't scary, it's good and it does make me think "Whoa, shit" but it doesn't make me "scared".

        Seriously though, yes it's in Korean. It's not scary if you're like desensitized or whatever but if you're not on your guard or anything you will get startled at least. I did, even though I've seen one of these before... the first time I saw one I legit squealed lol.
