I hover my arms in the air, uses more stamina / arm strength but allows me personally to be faster & more accurate.

I have my back straight, against the chair. I extend my neck in a nope.avi fashion towards the monitor and the end of my palms are barely touching the table below the keyboard.

I keep my arms raised not resting on anything, I also sit on the edge of my seat but I am at about a mid distance from the keyboard.

A majority of my hits on the keys are actually done by my arms moving up and down, my fingers only make slight adjustments based on which keys are being hit.

you will gain endurance with time, and you lose it as soon as u stop playing ffr an extended period of time.

                Re: Posture

I have a chair/keyboard setup that allows me to rest my elbows on the armrests of the chair. Having a keyboard situated a few inches below the monitor makes things much easier.

My wrists and fingers do all the work except for when I vibrate on tough songs.
I typically hunch forwards and squint my eyes a little, also my legs are crossed at the shins usually.

My table is long enough that I rest my elbows on the table.

pro tip, I look retarded as fuc with how i sit xD

But does it help you feel more comfortable while playing?
