Before I get a bunch of replies attacking me personally, I'd just like to say I'm only going because I have nothing better to do this summer, and I haven't been to a convention since 2009. Plus, Shinichi Watanabe, the maker of Excel Saga and Puni Puni Poemy along with a bunch of other great animes, will be one of the guests.

I might, just because it's only a 15 minute drive away.

But then,

- It's $30 for one day, and that's $30 I could spend at Thai restaurants. Or Lüke. (still haven't been there yet, what the hell?)

- Parking on the riverwalk ( )

- Know nothing about anime, so I'd be going for whatever sparse gaming content they had.

- Girlfriend would call me a dweeb for months.

I and ddrxero64 didn't know about anime but we still went to an anime convention (Anime Boston) and had a blast. It had DDR, I played stepmania in the gaming room, we fuccen met KILGAMAYAN, and lots of other stuff. He even took me to a rave dance that happened there, first time I ever did a rave and I looked like a moron since I didn't know what to do lmfao.

But it's entirely up to you if you want to go to this haha.
