Well I mean my apartment already has an internal gym I can use, and my job isn't one where I could probably get away with biking it (I have to wear a suit and there isn't a place I can shower or anything at work).
ah i c. recreational cycling may not b the thing u r looking for, seeing as u live in a place where u cant pedal v far w/o runnin in2 a stop sign or red light, but i rly do prefer it 2 jogging, which can b hard on the knees and b.o.r.i.n.g.
however i mite add that jogging does work yr upper body as well, sumthin that cycling doesnt quite do

I haven't read anything anyone else has said really in this thread. But my contribution is play lots of ddr. My brother was gaining a ton of weight at one point, he started playing ddr regularly and ended up skinny as hell. He didn't even change his diet while doing it, altho doing so would probably give you faster results. But as I see it no matter what you're gonna need cardio so may as well make it fun. Oh yea and sexersize and that's not me being a smartass either.

Anyways, Reincarnate, cardio and a good diet is all you need (dur).
If you really want something specific, I can offer a few tips:
- switch all beverages to water
- fat loss is ALWAYS uniform around the body so start jogging to lose the gut
- make sure meals are spread out during the day and consistent (i.e. - 3-6 meals a day spread apart by 2-5 hours each)
- eat lots of grains, veggies, and proteins throughout the day (stick with whole foods)
- eat ground flax seed in the morning by sprinkling it on cereal or whatever other recipe tickles your fancy; a great way to make sure you have good fiber and omega-3 in your diet
- minimum 30 minutes of "sweaty" activity a day
Weight training is cool and all, but it sounds like your main goal is just to lose weight so it's not much to worry about.

That website is essentially a fitness portal that explains everything you'll ever need to know. Also, if you do ever want to start weight training, here are some *ehem* proper templates: http://www.exrx.net/Lists/WorkoutMenu.html
Whatever works for you. I'm not treading on your routine.
As far as recommending workouts for others, I would never suggest chest(push)+biceps(pull) or back(pull)+triceps(push) on the same day if they wanted a split-day workout. Even more so if the person is a beginner due to a higher possibility of injury.

If your avi wasn't a pic of yourself, I would've thought you were at most, 13 years old.

You would suggest doing chest and triceps on the same day, and back and biceps on another?

Certainly. Grouping exercises by pull/push is a great way to target specific muscle groups. After all, chest exercises will work triceps, anterior (front) shoulders, and other minor "push" muscles. Same with back exercises working biceps, lateral/posterior (side/back) shoulders, and other minor "pull" muscles.
