I'm trying to understand the implications of this algorithm. What does the ability to drag any box into any other box have to do with fast search and retrieval? Having windows inside of windows just seems representative of a tree structure to me.

I think it works like inception with data inside of data inside of data or something like that...

edit: I really want to know what exactly this algorithm is doing since I've had too many classes on search algorithms and can actually understand them.
