Hey not sure if this is the right place to post this but I would like some advice. How would I go about "creating" my own song on here? Like with the arrows and all that?

Download Stepmania and use the step editor. Create a file by using 3.9 tools exporter/inporter. 3.95's and 4.0's tools is glitched.

Once you get the hang of using Stepmania, you might want to also consider sm-ssc (a much newer version of Stepmania), or DDream (standalone, dedicated editor).Comment
