I've been working on a simfile for quite a while. The songs' BPM range from 78 to 6400, and the difficulty ranges from 10-13 (i think, one being 27 ) Should i upload it once it's done?

Why not? Nobody really knows what your file will be like, so we can't decide this for you...even if you submit it though, it has to make it through the file judging. Can't submit until the batch is open, so I guess make sure you're done and then send it once the batch opens again.
