    Bugger all.

I've never seen anyone stick to and acheive their resolution.

        Re: new years resolotions

Continue to consistently work out which I have been doing all year, but with the holidays I haven't been as consistent as I usually am. I have to improve my mile time. I need to find a job, and help my parents start paying off my student loans. I need to get into grad school.
The weight of what I say depends on how you feel.

Guys, let's try being a little less cynical shall we?

Mine is to make sure I do my stretches every single day and to train at least 6 days a week in gymnastics. Need to step up my game if I want to go elite

soda-free would be nice, but I think I'll make it easier for me by making it a reduced intake.

                          Re: new years resolotions

Wow I didnt think of making any. I am not cut out to making goals for a whole year. I am much better off at maybe a week or month goal rather than a year long. I just cant keep that up.

                          1) Get my sleep back to order
                          2) Get my English grade up (the only class I dont have an A in and absolutely hate!)
                          3) Healthier eating
                          4) Figure out what I want to do in the future (I have pondered on this forever but cant seem to stick to anything, something around computers and technology would be nice)
                          5) Be more involved with my friends at school
                          6) FFR wise I need to play every song, AAA my first FMO and atleast reach some kind of tier (when the new tier system ever gets posted).
Best AAA = Aballava(?) + Serious Shit (97)
Best SDG = Fushigi Usagi Milk Tei 8-0-0-3 (101)
                          Best Score = do i smile? 3-0-0-3 (100)

The temptation to eat my way to a bigger bench press like americans do is always there and pretend i've actually acheived getting stronger when all i've done is shorten the rom because of fatness.

think i'll stick to jogging a while longer

If you're fat you're going to have no willpower so try the following:

not fat, just bad cardio due to an american style lifestyle of sitting on my ass
