Just one question about lvl17, do I have to go back to previous levels or is everything in there? I stopped a while back in this level, it's driving me crazy. I want to solve it!
''I am matter... I am antimatter... I can see your past... I can see your future... I consume time... And I will consume you!'' 2nd Place D1 : The Slayerific Phantominaizer New Year Tourney! 1st place D2 : FFR Classics Short and Sweet Tourney
to go back to see the first letter for example no.5 ''/woosh.htm''? Lol, idk.
I've tried this (eventhough I have no idea if I'm correct). Still it will leave me with 15 letters and I still have to make sense or a username and a p/w. I've read that the blank pics are like the key to it but I'm so lost!!!! XD

The blank pics are blank. No information is provided in those levels that is relevant to level 17, unlike the ones with numbers overlaid on them. Hint: The URL of a level is the level you're on, not the solution to the level (which is the next URL)
All puzzle games have a high dropout rate because some people aren't capable of thinking enough (on their own) to go really far into the game. Even I've stopped because I don't feel like going through the pain to solve -25. I probably can solve it, if I felt like it...but I don't feel like spending over an hour trying to mess with notepad to get proper shapes and give myself another headache. <_>

Reason: edited: didn't mean to come across that way D:
I think it'll come back to life once it gets finished up, and the tokens are implemented, and it's finally posted on the front page and stickied.

More likely: most people aren't patient enough to spend several hours trying to think of new ways to interpret a clue until they hit on the right one, and don't have friends who they want to work through the puzzles with.
Best AAA: Policy In The Sky [Oni] (81)
Best SDG: PANTS (86)
Best FC: Future Invasion (93)

Well, that's essentially what I'm getting at. I didn't mean that they can't do it (I probably should edit my post because it makes me sound like a prick), it's more so because they're struggling and don't have anyone to turn to for help. Others just don't want to go through the entire game because it's incredibly tedious.
IMO a good riddle site needs to really ease up on the difficulty gradients. You have to make the first 10-20 levels piss-easy and full of handholding. Only then should you start to deviate a bit from the rails.

When I was working on the concept of a puzzle game on DF - the initial tutorial was up to the 9th level of the game. I never went out of my way to make the images or anything, but since it's the "trendy" thing to do, I might go about it.
Then again, I'll probably get shot down because I will either be too obscure, or too uncreative. The only way to get better is to try, though!
