                                            I've never done one of these before - How are you supposed to know what it's asking? It asks "how to proceed" but I have no idea what it's really asking. Then I have to guess letter for letter an answer?

                                                Pic's name is "shadedareas". Look for these shaded areas and you'll realize that they form a code. A really known code during World War II, for example.
