This bill gives our government the right to have internet blacklists like Australia and china.
But there is a direct difference, while china and Australia only block Americas list. If a website is on that list, not only will it be blocked, but its deleted off the internet for the rest of the world and its known that many experts in fields are straight against this and so is Obama.
