He slides his hand over to the other coin which then gets attracted to the magnet on the top side, when he lifts his hand, the coin under the class loses attraction to the magnet above the glass and drops into his hand below.

I also throught about the what you said rushyrulz. It's possible and logical too.
But (spoiler) : after some tries when i saw a 4th coin at 3:16 i knew one of the coin was tricked. But still, magnet ring cool be nice.
