Lets be completely honest.
Halo reach = amazing game engine and amazing forge.

Halo reach also = over powered weapons only. What exactly happened to the battle rifle? You can't exactly compare its replacement weapon with the BR. I prefer Halo 3 over Reach any day. If only Halo 3 had the new percs and forge, then you'll have yourself a nice game.

Also, I wouldn't say it's a great game, but it is a good game. Very beautiful levels. I've had fun playing it, but there is really nothing special about the game.

Not the best game in the world but it is in no way a bad game. Hating on something because it is popular has no basis. The same can be said for liking something because it is popular though.

Just decide for yourself what your preferences are and have fun.
